Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience

 

What You’ll Do:

The Lead Restoration Technician at ServiceMaster will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, leading technician teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining documentation, communicating with clients, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will also be expected to foster a positive team environment and uphold company standards of excellence.

 

·       Lead with Excellence: Oversee technician teams on job sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

·       Hands-On Expertise: Engage in a variety of restoration tasks—from water extraction and fire/smoke cleaning to mold remediation and beyond.

·       Customer First: Be the face of ServiceMaster TRS, ensuring our clients feel supported and satisfied with our services.

·       Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by renewing certifications and applying the latest restoration techniques.
