What does a Data Entry Clerk with Paul Davis do?
- May assist the Office Administrator in daily tasks, such as:
- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Manage the daily administration functions of the franchise as needed
- Assist the Lead JCA in accounting data entry
- Handle sub-contractor paperwork- W-9, Insurance Certificates
- Is an integral part of a growing business
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Skills REQUIRED of Team Member:
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Outlook
- Must have reliable transportation to/from the office

- Experience in customer service

Both Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!
- Expected hours: 25-40 per week
- Pay range $17-20/hr based on experience
Additional Skills that will be considered in determining starting pay:
- Basic knowledge of general accounting or bookkeeping procedures
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or accounts payable functions
- Basic knowledge of payroll functions and procedures
- Experience with Quickbooks (either online or desktop)
