Position Overview:
We’re searching for a Water & Fire Damage Restoration Technician who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to be on the front lines of emergency response. As part of our team, you’ll assess and restore properties impacted by water, fire, and other disasters. Working with experienced professionals, you’ll develop hands-on skills and support our clients in their time of need.

What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly and professionally to emergency calls, providing essential support to customers in distress.
Assess and meticulously document property damage.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, and smoke/odor removal.
Set up, monitor, and adjust restoration equipment as needed.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and aligns with company protocols.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with customers, insurance agents, and teammates.
Be part of the on-call rotation, earning on-call pay and time and a half for call-outs.

What You Bring:

Experience in water/fire damage restoration is beneficial, but we provide full training for motivated individuals.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfort in challenging environments (wet, smoky, or fire-damaged spaces).
Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
