Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible the comprehensive inventory management, logistics coordination, safety compliance, quality control, facility maintenance, and general support tasks. This includes maintaining minimum quantities of necessary supplies, performing regular inventory counts, placing orders, and safeguarding inventory. The role also involves entering vehicle data, ensuring routine maintenance, and obtaining necessary inspections. Safety duties include performing safety walks, maintaining fire extinguishers, and complying with safety requirements. Quality control responsibilities involve documenting and managing broken equipment and ensuring all equipment is clean and properly maintained. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator oversees facility maintenance, including routine tasks and addressing issues identified by the office, and performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

Inventory Management

a.      Maintain minimum quantities of necessary mitigation supplies.
b.      Perform a physical inventory count of all items in inventory and provide to accounting.
c.       Place orders for mitigation and construction supplies.
d.      Maintain minimum quantities of necessary construction supplies.
e.      Perform an inventory of necessary construction supplies.
f.        Safeguard inventory to prevent losses.
g.      Obtain multiple quotes for any orders < $500.
h.      Receive deliveries and store items in an organized manner.
i.        Support any Mitigation or Construction crews with special delivery of supplies/equipment to jobsites.

Logistics Coordination

a.      Enter all vehicles and milage into Servicefusion.
b.      Ensure all vehicles have a transponder.
c.       Attach all repair invoices to vehicle profile in Servicefusion.
d.      Ensure all vehicles receive routine maintenance based on milage.
e.      Maintain all engine that run infrequently to ensure proper operation.
f.        Obtain necessary inspections for vehicle operation.

Safety Compliance

a.      Perform safety walks on the entire property.
b.      Document all findings from safety walks and provide to supervisor.
c.       Maintain fire extinguishers.
d.      Eliminate third party and maintain floor mats and eye wash station.
e.      Comply and enforce all safety advocate requirements.
 
Quality Control

a.      Verify broken equipment is properly documented and locate.
b.      Ensure vehicle issues are documented prior to repair.
c.       Do not let equipment leave that is not clean.
d.      Do not let equipment leave if it does not have appropriate filters.

Facility Maintenance

a.      Maintain dumpsters on site.
b.      Ensure building exteriors are clean and maintained.
c.       Address maintenance issues identified by the office and receive.
d.      multiple quotes and obtain approval from supervisor.
e.      Replace bulbs and other necessary routine activities.
f.        Ensure grass cutting, weed control, and snow removal occurs.
