Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 per year plus bonus potential based on performance and project outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise disaster restoration teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project and Operations Coordination: Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from planning to execution, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement industry best practices and conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance and quality control.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
  • Resource Management: Manage inventory, fleet operations, and warehouse organization to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with a strong background in disaster restoration or construction management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, managing complex projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience with Xactimate, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with relevant industry certifications such as IICRC and OSHA. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.
