Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $40,000 + 5% commission based on performance.
- Hunt for new business: Actively identify, pursue, and establish relationships with key industry referral partners, including plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers.
- Proactive prospecting: Utilize a boots-on-the-ground approach to introduce yourself to potential partners, walking into offices and following up with return visits to solidify connections.
