Job Description:
Restoration 1 of Greater Cincinnati is on the lookout for a highly entrepreneurial and motivated Business Development Representative to drive our business growth. This role demands a self-starter with a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on the challenge of forging new relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business: Actively identify, pursue, and establish relationships with key industry referral partners, including plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers.
- Proactive prospecting: Utilize a boots-on-the-ground approach to introduce yourself to potential partners, walking into offices and following up with return visits to solidify connections.
- Lead generation: Leverage networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate a steady stream of new business opportunities.
- Sales presentations: Confidently present and promote our restoration services to potential clients, positioning yourself as a trusted resource in their time of need.
- Strategic collaboration: Work closely with the owner to craft and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
