Our organization is seeking individuals who will be the first on the scene to provide essential support and promote our trusted property damage restoration and reconstruction services to affected homeowners and businesses.

What We Offer:
● A fulfilling role where you can directly assist those in crisis.
● Immediate emergency leads for prompt response and assistance. The benefits of joining a
full-service restoration company with in-house capabilities and preferred vendor status with

Requirements:
● Experience in public adjusting, construction/restoration sales, and priority response is a plus,
but not required.
● We’re looking for dedicated responders passionate about serving their community—if that’s
you, we want to hear from you.
● A strong background in construction and/or restoration sales is highly valued, especially if
you can perform well under pressure.
● 24/7 availability for prompt response to local emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits:
● Base salary of $50,000 plus a 3% commission on all jobs. No cap on commissions!

Schedule:
Full-time, with availability Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
