ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services by Alliance seeks a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. At ServiceMaster Alliance, we value our employees and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. *Responsibilities:* - Perform maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems within assigned buildings. - Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. *Skills:* - Proficiency in logic controllers, electrical systems, schematics, and ohmmeter usage. - Strong mechanical knowledge of diagnosing and repairing equipment efficiently. - Excellent customer service skills to interact with building occupants professionally. - Ability to communicate effectively in English. - Leadership qualities to guide maintenance teams effectively. - Experience in residential painting is a plus. - Welding skills are desirable.
