Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief

Full Time • Sagamore Beach
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control 
  •  Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities 
  •  Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided 
  •  Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
  •  Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
  •  Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
  •  Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned.
  •  Coach and train restoration technicians
  • On monthly on-call rotation, one week (one full week and weekend) of the month
Position Requirements
  •  High school diploma/GED
  •  Valid driver’s license
  •  At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  •  IICRC certification is a plus; not required
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  •  Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  •  Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  •  Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  •  Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
