- Answer phones, provide customer service, and Work in progress database
- Scheduling of estimates and jobs
- Intake of new customer information and entering it into database
- Maintain all the job file documentation
- Maintain job file communications
- Process customer payments
- Audits and uploads of Insurance key account clients
- Accounts Receivable (A/R)/ Collections
- Communication with Field Crew Members
- Scanning/ Filing
- Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Organized
- Experience in QBO
- Able to manage time efficiently and complete tasks on a daily basis
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft programs, able to learn quickly and train on our database system.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
