About the Role:

Join Restoration 1 of Horry County as a Lead Restoration Technician, where you’ll play a crucial role in helping families and businesses recover from disasters. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
Perform water, fire, and mold remediation services according to industry standards.
Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
Supervise and train junior technicians on proper techniques and safety procedures.
Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during all operations.
Document project progress and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration or a related field.
Valid IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in restoration work.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
