Job Summary
Paul Davis Restoration of Broward is a full-service water mitigation, mold remediation and restoration company. We are seeking a Project Architect to submit drawings based on a Matterport 3D capture platform.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Manager to address scope
- Develop design drawings based on a Matterport 3D capture platform for residential restoration projects
- Drawings to include residential electrical and kitchen
- Revisions to electrical may also be necessary from time to time based on building codes
- Must have experience with building codes and architectural standards
- Timely submissions extremely important

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Proven experience working as an Architect in a professional setting
- Proficiency in architectural software
- Strong familiarity with South Florida building codes
- Experience working from a Matterport 3D capture platform (preferred)

Job-Type
Part Time - Independent Contractor - Per Project

Pay
Independent Contractor
Pay is based per project. We pay bi-weekly upon invoice submittal.
