Join SERVPRO as a Restoration Technician

Are you looking for an energetic job where no two days are the same? SERVPRO of Hermantown is hiring a Restoration Technician to handle water damage, fire damage, mold cleanup, crime scene cleanup, and other biohazard cleanups. As part of our team, you’ll help customers return to their homes and businesses “Like it never happened!”

Responsibilities:
· Inventory and load equipment and supplies for each project.

· Prepare and set up work areas and equipment.

· Perform tasks as directed and adhere to safety guidelines.

· Communicate effectively with the crew chief and other technicians.

· Maintain a clean job site and organized warehouse.

· Develop expertise in services, products, and equipment.

· Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance, and perform various physical tasks.

· Ability to follow documentation policies.

· Have full respect for confidentiality policies and procedures.

Requirements:
· Comfortable with challenging work, meeting new people and working well as a team.

· Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

· Self-motivated and reliable.

· Valid driver’s license.

Education/Training:
· High school diploma/GED preferred

Schedule:
· Full-time, Monday to Friday, with evening and weekend shifts.

· Some shifts may exceed 8 hours; travel and potential overnight stays may be required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
