- Visit new assignments/jobs, engage with customers, and effectively communicate project expectations.
- Assess damages, perform mitigation services, and provide documentation to estimators for submission to insurance companies.
- Develop moisture maps and create a detailed drying-log for accurate reporting through specialized software.
- Demonstrate physical strength and capability by handling loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
- Willing to work inside a team based environment and collaborate with management team.
- Comfortable driving various sized vehicles (Pickup Trucks, Box Trucks, Vans, Dump Trailers).
- Ability to direct and teach technicians assigned to various projects.
- Proficient in communication with project managers.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for on-call emergency response.(M-F, On-call 1 weekend per month Sat).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while adhering to a pre-arranged appointment schedule.
- Possess a positive attitude, exhibit trustworthiness, dependability, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Understands time management for themselves and a team.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and driving record check.
- High School education or equivalent
- On job training provided
- Former Military highly encouraged
- Monday to Friday
- Emergency on-call rotation
- Weekend availability (1per Month)
- Valid Driver's License
- GED+
- IICRC Water Certification Required
- +2 years if Mitigation experience

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
