Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Restoration Administrator to join our team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include communicating with insurance adjusters, answering incoming phone calls during business hours, scheduling appointments, and managing CRM system. The ideal candidate has insurance and/or restoration industry experience and is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and educate customers on company's services
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Lead payment collection communications with insurance carriers & customers
Help update and maintain CRM system & filing system
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Contribute to company reports

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience in insurance and/or restoration industries
Previous administrative experience
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
