Business Development Specialist/Brand Ambassador/Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the restoration industry, a strong book of business, and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process: Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, property management, and insurance industries.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in restoration sales, with a strong book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including insurance claims and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • Valid driver's license.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists
  • Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
  • Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)
  • Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
 
Position Requirements
  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience with a "hunter" sales mentality.
  • Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
 Bilingual is a plus.
