Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team . You will play a key role in sales support, including assisting with accurate data entry for every customer file, processing sales transactions, and keeping customers informed. As part of your duties, you will also handle collections activities, including contacting insurance companies for information and requesting documents, and updating customer accounts accordingly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entry for customer files, process sales transactions, and provide sales support.
- Manage collections activities, including contacting insurance companies and updating customer accounts.
- Keep customers informed about their jobs, and follow up with updates.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, peers and insurance adjusters.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and insurance claims a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
There is room for growth as well as incentive programs available after 90 days of employment.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
