- Evaluate and sell projects
- Educate customers on process
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Maintain customer and client communications
- Write and review estimates
- Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- 2 year Restoration background is preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Experience in Xactimate required
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
This is a full-time position, working 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
