 We're seeking someone who is a rare “high achiever” to fill a key leadership role. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the Office team. You will manage the franchise office team to perform all daily functions, oversee administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the in-house expert on Xactimate, Google Drive, and proprietary software. In addition, you will ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.

 Primary Responsibilities

• Manage Job File Coordinators

• Manage Office Administrators

• Coordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communication 

• Manage accounts receivable

• Verify and analyze divisional key measurements

• Monitor compliance and risk management

• Ensure files and records accuracy

• Ensure fulfillment of the training and development plans for the office team

• Document franchise annual plan

• Develop the office division annual plan

• Document and manage the office division performance

 Position Requirements

• 5+ year(s) of office, accounting, or customer service management experience

• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills

• Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times

• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task

• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

• Proficiency with computer technology and emailing 

• Ability to learn new software and proprietary software

• Proficient with Xactimate® estimating software

• Experience in customer service industry environment a plus

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

 Hours

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
