You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
  • Communicate proactively and show compassion with homeowners and business owners who have experienced a traumatic loss
  • Perform hands-on projects that include the following trades: Drywall, painting, trim, flooring, etc.
  • Find a way to overcome obstacles during the reconstruction process 
  •  Produce quality repairs and finished projects through efficient management of resources
  •  Manage and perform punch-out completion to finalize projects
You would own and are accountable to hit the following numbers:
  • Target Completion Date
  • Days from substantial completion to job closure (punch list management)

Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in multi-trade construction supervision.
  • Must possess and show trade skills in rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, drywall patching and finishing, etc.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
