Billing Clerk and Office Coordinator for Amerestore holds a tremendous amount of responsibility in the success of Amerestore as a company. It requires the dedication and passion necessary to see that the branch and their office is supported for success. The Coordinator will be responsible for: document collection and compilation, data input, auditing procedures, billing and invoicing, client communication (verbal and; written), etc.

The position also includes standard office responsibilities and obligations. The coordinator will lead by example following the company’s mission and core values. Positivity is Contagious!!!

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

 Billing and Invoicing

o Collection of field office documentation and photos

o Analysis and revisions of field documentation

o Data entry of billing documentation into T&M or similar billing platforms

o Revisions to T&M billing and field documentation

o P&L compilation on a per job basis

o Communication with branch manger's, vendors, clients, etc. to insure proper deliverables

o Producing, generating invoices, and compiling billing packages

 DASH Management (Job Management Tool)

o File compilation & management

o Upload documentation

o Job management

 Job Production Spreadsheets

o Manage and maintain the companywide spreadsheet of production, work-in-process, approval stages,

Billing/Invoicing

 Office Responsibilities

o TBD based on Amerestore companywide needs

o Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 An ability to prioritize and manage expectations.

 A strong eye for detail and willing to SAY SOMETHING if you see something

 Ability to analyze data to make educated decisions for success

 An ability to work independently, as well with others

 The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with clients and co-workers.

 Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects/tasks at one time.

 Willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to complete the job 100%

 Job requires dedication for a 24/7/365 position (we are an emergency service company servicing the entire country). There is a rotating on call-schedule. On call every 3 or 4 weeks.

 Valid Drivers License

Physical Demands The ability to fulfill any activities normally expected in a restoration/construction management, to include but not limited to

 Remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer-based work.

 Participating in office environment activities.

 Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.

 Frequently required to stand, walk, work for extended periods of time
