Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’ by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties that may be assigned:

Perform all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
Laundry Duties include: sorting, washing, drying, pressing and folding clothes & other textile items
Pick up textiles from customers for cleaning
Removing stains from items using appropriate procedures
Inventory textiles using Encircle program
Learn to operate the Esporta wash system and become a certified operator
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, keep a clean workplace and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers; as well as company equipment.
Maintenance of laundry equipment including weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance on the Esporta was system

Second Shift

Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Full Time - 40 Hours
Monday - Friday with occasional weekends

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
Must be able to lift and and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products, uses and comprehend cleaning instructions.
The ability to be flexible, work independently and as a team member.
Experience in laundry, janitorial, housekeeper a plus but not required.
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Must be willing and available to work nights and weekends.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
