We are looking for an Outside Sales/Marketing Account Manager to create, manage, and maintain partners and customer relationships. As our Outside Sales/Marketing Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our partners and customer base. The ideal candidate must have experience in outside sales and customer service. We will expect you to be a reliable professional that is able to achieve a balance between partner orientation and a results-driven approach. Our goal is to find partner with opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding partners/clients to secure new deals.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with insurance companies, property management group, and other preferred vendor program resources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales.
  • Visit targeted trade partners and referral sources, which include, but are not limited to, plumbers, HVAC companies, leasing agents, realtors, property managers, insurance agents and public adjusters to establish long term relationships.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations in person.
  • Remain in frequent contact with your partners to understand their needs.
  • Plan and manage appointment schedules.
  • Maintain exceptional internal and external customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative, or in other sales/customer service role is a must have.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
Job Types: Full-time 
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Experience:
  • Marketing: 5 years (Required)
  • Water damage restoration: 5 years (Preferred)
