- Creates, manages, and maintains key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, commercial clients, and other referral partners.
- Resolves customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Represents the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, industry functions, and business development meetings.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in the Disaster Restoration field, or similar industry, preferred, but not required.
- Sales experience, business development, account management, customer service, or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in sales, prospecting, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, identify customer needs, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple accounts, and maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer database/CRM.
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events, and selling services.
- Some work may be required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business and social events.
- Move up to 20 pounds occasionally by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Sit for extended periods while using office equipment such as computers and phones.
- Maintain close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at close distances, including preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screens, and reading.
