- 2 years of experience as a Lead Technician (preferred).
- IICRC Certification WRT/ASD (preferred).
- Skilled in Xactimate and Estimating Mitigation Jobs.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to work safely according to safety standards and procedures.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicle and adhere to cleanliness protocols and company standards

- Job Requires the ability to work in Crawlspaces and Attics
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job while working at heights and in tight spaces, Climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ pounds regularly, ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects, and Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

- Perform field restoration activities including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, mold cleaning, and restorative drying.
- Prepare job site documentation and pictures to support the services provided according to company policies and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes are followed.
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
- Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates and information about projects.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Always follows and oversees safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Maintain a fully stocked and fully prepared company vehicle to drive to job sites.
- Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep vehicle clean and in professional condition.
- Participate in training restoration teammates.
