Production Coordinator Wanted!

 SCR is hiring a full-time Production Coordinator in Thonotosassa (Tampa) FL.

 As a Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management and coordination of job files within our restoration company. You will provide essential support to various departments by delivering reliable data and real-time project statuses to facilitate efficient workflow and decision-making.  Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls, data entry, monitoring and tracking job progress, and performing audits of job files to ensure KPI compliance. Additionally, you will perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

Responsibilities include:
  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication both internal & external throughout the job process.
  • Monitor and update project progress within the software system, ensuring accurate tracking of key milestones and deadlines. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather necessary data and update project statuses. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and important dates, ensuring timely entry and reporting. 
  • Conduct regular audits of field data entries. 
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues within job files.
  • Assist managers with daily operations, logistics, dispatch, & scheduling.
  • Report to managers daily on job file statuses, metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a restoration company. 
  • Proficiency in data management and project tracking software systems. (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Xactanalysis, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in modern office softwares. (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Minimum of HSD/GED. (Associates/Bachelor degree preferred.)
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Thonotosassa, FL 33592

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with occasional interactions with field personnel. It requires a high level of organization, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion. The role may also involve working with various software platforms and collaborating with IT and other departments to optimize data management processes.
