- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
- The position does require technicians to be part of an on-call rotation.
1 to 3 years of experience with some or all of the following is preferred, but willing to train and pay for the needed mitigation certifications:
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, etc.)
- Perform water extraction and mold remediation
- Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is met
- Removal of damaged structural materials and cleanup
- Appropriate certifications related to fire, water, mold, etc.
- Valid driver’s license (NO DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years)
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- It’s a plus if you have current experience using any of the following software: MICA, Encircle, or DocuSketch.
- Schedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basis
- Display a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to work in crawlspace or attic
- Ability to travel locally
- Pay is up to $25 per hour, based on experience and any IICRC certifications
