Primary Responsibilities

· Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity

· Prepare estimates and enter in software system - Xactimate

· Verify the accuracy of information provided

· Identify and document project scope of work

· Review all job paperwork to ensure completeness

· Be proficient with Xactimate

· Communicate with insurance carriers

Position Requirements

· Effective written and oral communication

· Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred

· High school diploma/GED

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multitask

· Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

· Be proficient in Xactimate for mitigation, reconstruction, and able to learn internal software.

· Experience in customer service industry environment, a plus

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
