- Reporting to multiple managers as needed with appointment reminders, messages and updates on customer status
- Computer system data entry, monitoring and ensuring proper accountability of different programs
- Customer communication, to include, updates of project(s), schedules of work, time scheduling of appointments
- Communication with other administration team mates. This position requires constant communication with multiple departments as well as the office department relaying messages to other members of the team to ensure that all communications are handled properly.
- Answering phone, text and emails simultaneously.
