We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Crew Leader Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. The perfect candidate would start in this position till they develop a team under them, and then progress in their career to a project manger, and then department head.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a structural dry-out from start to finish with minimal supervision in accordance with IICRC and company quality standards.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Ability to complete scope sheets/tick sheets daily.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly and effectively, both verbally and written with customers, contractors, and internal management.
- Respond to after-hour (weekend & nights) restoration emergency service as part of an on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Valid driver’s license - (Chauffers license is a plus)
- High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
