We are currently seeking a skilled Office Administrative Assistant to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various clerical and administrative tasks to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer calls to homeowners, insurance companies, and internal team.
- Prepare and send documentation to customers and insurance companies.
- Draft formal correspondences and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments - projects - internal events.
- Welcome and provide assistance to guests visiting the office.
- Handle inbound telephone calls traffic.
- Establish and maintain well-organized e-filing systems.
- Perform general office tasks as required.
- Strong initiative with problem solving skills that can help coordinate team activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related fields.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient and confident over calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- 8-hour shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Greenville, SC 29615 before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
- Knowledge of home services or construction background is a plus

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
