Inside Sales Job Description
Responsibilities
Engage new prospects by building strong relationships with our prospective client base. This will be performed in the office – by making outbound calls, sending emails, and setting up drip marketing campaigns to promote the company brand and products/services.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by management to achieve KPI’s
Generate opportunities by demonstrating the company’s products’ functionality to prospective customers to get their business.
Maintain accurate and frequent prospective customer information within internal database systems
Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads to increase sales success rates
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Develop meaningful relationships with prospective customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Setting appointments and managing calendars
Assists in providing support and/or guidance to clients
Qualifications
Proven inside sales experience required
Strong listening and communication skills to overcome common objections
Interpersonal and teamwork skills to effectively work in a team environment.
Good time management is required
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Build relationships, develop trust and learn when to persuade.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon daily goals
Possess good judgment and attention to detail
Energetic and positive attitude
Strong drive to succeed, no matter the odds that may set in
Must be able to smile with voice
Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills
Experience: A minimum of 5 yrs experience in B2B inside sales is required. Knowledge of Sales & cold and warm prospecting
Schedule: Monday_ Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Total hrs per Week: 40 hrs
