1-Tom-Plumber is a fast growing start-up business, with the opportunity to quickly advance to a leadership position. We are seeking customer service-oriented team members, who appreciate a team atmosphere!
We are looking for service plumbers and drain cleaning professionals of any experience level. Compensation will vary depending on skill set, but we LOVE to pay for achieving the results we want.
Outcomes Expected:
When provided with state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in revenue per month while performing excellent work.
Responsibilities:
- Produce "5 Star" client experiences by demonstrating your unique personality and technical skills.
- Participate in After Hours "On Call" rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch to maximize daily service calls.
- Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.
- Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with and learn from!
Requirements
Tech Savvy. Honest. Good Motor Vehicle Report. Able to efficiently manage your own time. Look good in uniform (yes, we rock some pink).

What We Have To Offer:
- Blended Compensation Package, includes Base Salary plus bonuses & incentives. (Take home somewhere between $80,000 and $160,000)
