Growing San Antonio based Restoration Contractor Dwyer Restoration is looking for an addition to the TEAM!!! We pride ourselves in the quality and customer service we offer our customers.
We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full time Construction Production Coordinator. We are looking for a dedicated, problem-solving individual that works well in a team setting. The position is hourly based. Company offers health benefits and PTO.
Position Summary / Purpose
Support multiple Project Managers and their teams in creating high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing collaborative relationships among the project teams and integral groups, resolving issues with customers and promoting the concept of integrated systems.
Assist in the coordination, scheduling and facilitation of the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer's property to pre-loss condition.
Maintain Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule
Managing schedules for Project Managers assigned
Managing schedules for Tradesman
Convert Estimate to work orders for the project
Develop customer material allowances and selection sheets Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals and estimates.
Assign work order to Tradesman and/or Subcontractor
Submit for Itel reports, when necessary
Purchase and submit for construction permit per job requirements
Assist PM in purchasing all materials and supplies
Follow up with backorder items, if applicable
Build relationships with Subcontractors
Complete work order and purchase orders in PSA as directed by PM
Submit any WO’s and PO’s for payments as due
Weekly audit of all jobs assigned
Ensure that audit notes are detailed
Update tasks completed or on schedule for completion
Ensure PM duty list is completed weekly
An audit will be consisting of a financial audit review
Scan ALL invoices and/or receipts to job file in PSA
Scan ALL change orders to job file in PSA
Complete additional delegated tasks assigned by PM
Follow up on jobs that are lacking interaction and are on hold with the homeowner and/or PM and provide an update.
Attend weekly production meetings
