We are seeking Experienced Stone Restoration Technicians to join our quickly growing team! Friendly work environment and willing to train the right candidate. We are one of the highest rated Natural Stone Restoration Company in the area with more than 10 years experience. We are looking to hire service technicians to restore and polish marble, granite, and other natural stone surfaces, inside and outside residential homes and businesses. Looking for consistent, hard working individuals that can work independently and manage the work in a specified period of time. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, handyman work, floor polishing with strong attention to detail and knows how to WOW customers. We are looking for someone who delivers quality work, believes in ALWAYS being on time for a job, and taking pride and going above and beyond in their work.
Our Operations:
We offer opportunities for advancement and pay increase. Pay period is biweekly. Our territory for service in Palm Beach County ranges from Boca Raton to Jupiter .Opportunity to grow with our company and pay commensurates with experience. Company will provide a work van, as well as uniform shirts supplied. You will either be working on small projects by yourself or on large projects together with another team member. The ideal candidate will be able to work 5 days per week, including occasional Saturday work. A typical day involves the completion of one project, and the work is indoors on the majority of days. Most work occurs at residential homes, but we also provide service to businesses.
Our Requirements Once Hired:
Experience in marble cleaning and/or janitorial, is preferred. Must be responsible, provide proof of driver's license, and have reliable transportation. Must arrive on time, in uniform and be professional with clients. Individuals must be honest, have an eye for detail, be on time, and have consistency.
While at The Job Site:
Must have the ability to manage and protect your worksite, work independently, must be able to stand or kneel for extended periods of time, lift 75-100 lbs, collect payments at the end of service, keep your vehicle cleaned and stocked for daily work needs. Job sites will be a drug free, smoke free workplace. Technician’s will be responsible for prep/cleanup work, operating equipment, following supervisor instruction, reporting materials needed to supervisor, keeping a clean and organized work space and van. Although the supervisors will mainly be in contact with clients, it is also important to have customer service skills - be able to answer questions clients may have about their flooring and the maintenance required between professional services.

References will be requested, please be prepared to answer any questions about work history for the interview. We will request for you to provide proof of driver's license, and have reliable transportation. You must have a clean driving record as well as a clean criminal record. Must pass a background check. Must be qualified to work in the U.S.
