- Competitive Salary: $60,000-$72,000 per year, based on experience

- Project Leadership: Develop and manage client service schedules, oversee and coordinate project production, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and communicate effectively with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Client & Adjuster Relations: Interface with insurance adjusters and customers to address issues, provide updates, and maintain professional communication.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement, and maintain accurate project records.
- Communicate Clearly: You’re skilled at keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
- Stay Organized: You have a knack for details and keeping projects on track.
- Embrace Technology: You’re proficient with computers, cell phones, and can adapt to new software quickly.
- Know the Industry: You have a basic understanding of construction, building materials, and flooring, running jobs start to finish, with experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- A valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a weekly on-call rotation.
