- Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience (no experience necessary)

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Process Customer Contents, evaluate/assist Inventory, plan the move and storage of the contents
- Clean customers' homes and/or commercial properties after property damage.
- Work with the compliance coordinator on job scheduling and coordination.
- Classify contents by cleaning type, and determine what will be needed to clean the job site properly
- Cleaning Contents by cleaning type.
- Focus and respect for the belongings of customer throughout the pack-out and pack-in process.
- If requested, communicate thoroughly, proactively, and directly with internal staff, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters.
- Prioritize individual Quality Control and Safety Procedures on each job site.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
- Self-managing and excellent time management skills.
