We are a restoration company located in the Salem/Corvallis area looking for a Construction Project Manager who is a TEAM PLAYER.

- Communicating with our customers and our team members
- Scheduling repairs with our team members and subcontractors
- Creating and cultivating relationships with insurance partners
- Staying organized and on budget
Primary duties include:
- Creating a full schedule of services for our clients
- Creating and cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters
- Scheduling and managing the production portion of the project
- Scheduling and communicating with a mix of in house tradesmen and subcontractors
- Sending and receiving sub-contractor confirmations on scheduling
- Having constant and professional communication with our customers
- Keeping all jobs within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Must have a valid and clean drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
