We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Project Technician will play a crucial role in our restoration projects, handling tasks related to water mitigation, mold remediation, and demolition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Water Mitigation & Cleanup: Execute water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Use moisture meters and other equipment to ensure all water and moisture are effectively removed.
  • Mold Remediation: Safely perform mold remediation services, including containment, cleaning, and disposal of affected materials. Follow industry standards and guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Demolition Work: Conduct demolition tasks such as cutting drywall, removing bathroom fixtures, and kitchen cabinets. Ensure all demo work is done efficiently and without causing unnecessary damage to the property.
  • Site Preparation & Safety: Set up job sites with the necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Documentation & Communication: Document all work performed with accuracy and detail. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property restoration, specifically in water mitigation, mold remediation, and demolition.
  • Proficient in using water extraction and drying equipment, mold remediation tools, and demolition equipment.
  • Experience with cutting drywall, removing bathroom fixtures, and kitchen cabinets.
  • Familiarity with MICA app is a bonus.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
