WHAT DOES AN EMERGENCY RECOVERY COORDINATOR WITH PAUL DAVIS DO?
• Consult with property owners impacted by fire, water, or other large-scale emergency events
• Collaborate with Emergency Response Agencies to implement property recovery plans
• Respond quickly to emergency property situations and handle incoming leads
• Provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need
• Close opportunities on the spot and educate customers about products and services
• Build relationships with customers and local emergency response teams
• Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services
• Monitor and interpret lead sources from emergency notification systems
• Maintain a database of customer information in RMS
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to affected property owners

As part of our team, you’ll be in the field, working with property owners, emergency response agencies, and communities to ensure swift recovery from disaster events. Reports To: Marketing Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical response, dispatching emergency responders, construction, or insurance
• 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or customer service role
• SALES-ORIENTED and driven to CLOSE opportunities
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to get results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay flexible in high-pressure situations
• Strong written communication skills
• Passionate about helping others in times of need
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in emergency response or property restoration
• Knowledge of the local area and emergency response protocols
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
