We are growing and searching for an EXPERIENCED, CUSTOMER FOCUSED, technicians in the San Antonio area. This is a great opportunity for experienced water, fire, and mold restoration technicians to grow their skills, talents, and knowledge, with our growing company!

A Lead Technician's primary responsibility is to communicate with clients, manage jobs, document work related to water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean-ups, and mentor Restoration Technicians.

Candidate Requirements:

EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communication Skills (written & verbal)
Valid Driver’s License without a major violation
Dependable, Responsible, and Positive
Ability to work as a team and train new technicians
Eager to learn, acquire new skills, and grow professionally
Able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted
Willingness to participate in Afer Hours On Call rotation

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of Restoration Experience - Required
Customer service experience - Required
Water mitigation and mold remediation experience - Prefered
Construction experience - Prefered
IICRC Certifications - Prefered

Responsibilities:

Provide Legendary Customer Service
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and adjusters
Ensure job site documentation is correct and complete
Participate in the "on-call" rotation for emergency service calls after hours and on assigned weekends.
Work independently, as a team, and train new technicians
Responsible for the assigned vehicle, managing inventory on van and equipment care and maintenance

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
