Position Summary:

The Cleaning / Laundry Technician will pack-out, transport, clean, pack-back and inventory personal property affected by fire, water and/or mold with a high level of detail and customer service. The Cleaning / Laundry Technician will also perform structure cleaning on properties affected by fire.

Your Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

Follow proper SERVPRO cleaning guidelines for each project/item as directed.
Utilize technology (iPad) to accurately document items for cleaning/processing.
Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service
Experience in restoration industry preferred
High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
