Job Description:

Respond promptly to service calls and perform assigned tasks according to SERVPRO® guidelines.
Ensure all customer needs are met by maintaining clear communication with the crew chief and other team members.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces.

Responsibilities:

Prepare work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of vehicles and equipment.
Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
Leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion.
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Adhere to safety guidelines during all phases of work.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, potentially with extended hours.
Awareness of chemical use and safety hazards.
Capability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
Comfort working in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects repetitively.
Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures.
Availability for 24-hour emergency service on a rotational on-call basis.
