Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration projects
- Manage job sites, workflows, and daily production activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, business clients, and insurance partners
- Train, mentor, and support team technicians
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- Lead and execute water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration projects
- Manage job sites, workflows, and daily production activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, business clients, and insurance partners
- Train, mentor, and support team technicians
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- IICRC certification (preferred, not required)
- Proven leadership or crew supervision experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Clean background check
- Drug-free workplace
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
