ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking out motivated individuals who possess a positive attitude and are dedicated to and take pride in their work. Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We will train you!! Salary depends on experience. The salary range listed is for entry-level applicants.

Job Position Description:

Perform detailed cleaning duties for residents after homes and businesses have experienced a fire or construction has been completed using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Packing contents and assisting in moving contents
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) where required; i.e. face masks, gloves, shoe booties, etc...
Perform water mitigation duties as needed

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead/forward.
Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 lbs.
Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and team effort, including being responsible and dependable.
Must have respect and understanding for customers and co-workers.
May be required to work more than 8 hours per day.
