Restoration Technicians are the key employees responsible for ensuring jobs are finished from start to finish with excellent customer service, efficiency, quality work, and within insurance company guidelines. This is a working position as well as a lead position that may supervise others. On Call and After Hours work is required on a schedule with other lead technicians and will be compensated at higher levels than the base pay. We provide a fun team environment in the growing restoration industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will include but is not limited to:

- perform water mitigation and restoration work in residential and commercial settings

- will work with and/or lead other restoration technicians on the job

- will complete insurance company paperwork and digital documentation on an ipad using ServiceMaster proprietary software

- will meet insurance company guidelines and timelines as established by each insurance company

- will perform fire/smoke/odor cleaning and mitigation as required

- will complete proper documentation within insurance company guidelines for all fire/smoke/odor jobs

- will perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobs

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- driver's license with a clean driving record

- ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

- applicants will undergo a criminal background check

- this business does do random drug testing

- should be able to work independently or work with/lead a team

- will show up on time for every work day with a positive attitude

- will exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer

- will be responsible for completing insurance company electronic data on every job

- on call time is required and will be compensated higher than regular work hours

- have experience in a disaster restoration or related field (preferred but optional)

- possess or have the ability to obtain IICRC certifications (preferred but optional)

Benefits

Wage listed is starting wage... additional experience in restoration as well as certifications will affect this wage.  After hours automatically pays higher wages.

Average expected earnings without experience (we will train) will be $41,000 to $45000 annually.  Average expected earnings with experience will be $45000 to $70000 annually.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
