Our Cleaning & General Services Division specializes in maintaining safe, clean, and healthy environments for clients across residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining safe, clean, and healthy environments — from everyday cleaning projects to emergency restoration work after water, fire, or mold damage. Every day is different, and every task makes a lasting impact in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of residential and commercial properties.
- Clean structural materials and contents, including assisting with packouts and moving.
- Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore affected areas to pre-loss condition.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of job sites and equipment.
- Execute cleanup and sanitation tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Follow all established safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and leadership skills.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred).
- Background check required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Comfortable working around cleaning agents and specialized restoration equipment.
