Custodian Team Member Job Position Description:

This Custodian Team Member is responsible for creating a cleaner, healthier environment for our customers, their students, and the grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment, etc.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper PPE where required
0 - 1 year of experience as a custodian, janitor, the housekeeper is a plus but not required

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
