We are looking for a very experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Fire, Water and Mold Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities:

Plan, delegate, and manage delivery of Restoration Technician Team
Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean and operable equipment
Practice courtesy and safety when driving company vehicles
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
Establish and maintain a safe work environment - for our customers and staff
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, insurance adjusters and agents, trade partners, and the general public
Document job readings and activities using company forms and systems
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Available when called for on-call assignments

Qualifications:

Customer service mindset
IICRC certifications within last 5 years (WRT required, ASD, FSRT, AMRT desired)
Experience performing cleaning/restoration jobs
Interest and ability to learn new methods, grow skills, and contribute in team efforts to improve our processes
Pride in own work efforts and successful contributor to teams
Clean driving record (i.e., minimal points) and insurable under our vehicle insurange policy
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
