Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mindset, our Mitigation Project Managers manage and complete jobs according to The PuroClean Way. This begins with responding to emergency service calls in a timely manner, professionally assessing and documenting property damage using smart technologies, communicating the mitigation plan to the customer and being responsible for the customer’s satisfaction throughout the project. You may elect to perform the work yourself, or request support from our team of Mitigation Technicians, monitor the job as it progresses, and ensure that we are following the proper standard of care and safety guidelines at all times. Communicate with your fellow team members, including providing daily updates to our Mitigation Coordinator and other job participants as necessary. Work to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and empathetic way, our Team takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing Relentless Customer Service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in our Emergency Services program. 
  • Manage Customer Satisfaction and professionally represent the brand
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
  • Continued development of production skills and expertise
  • Regular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
  • Follow all uniform and policy guidelines 
  • Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Coach and train entry and journeyman level mitigation technicians
  • Preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and oversight of facility maintenance
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, leaders and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
  • Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to ‘lead and coach’ your teammates
  • Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
  • Aptitude with record keeping using smart technologies - recording information and communicating ‘the message’
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
  • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
  • 1-2 years mitigation experience
  • IICRC WRT Certified

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
